What is Directory Share?

Directory Share is a parent opt-in to see and be seen in the school directory by other parent contacts who have also opted-in to the directory.

What information am I sharing & what can I see from other parents?

You CANNOT control what information is shared in the directory. If you opt-in, the following will be shared:

Your Name

Email(s)

Phone Number(s)

Your Student(s): Name, Photo, Grade Level

Note: Users cannot share their address(es) or detailed information about their connected students.

How do I opt-in to the directory?

1. Log into Alma

2. (option 1) Select your Account Icon

2a. Select “My Info”

OR

2. (option 2) Select “Directory”

2b. You will see a banner notification to opt-in to the directory. Select “My Info”.  

3. Toggle the “No” to “Yes” by “Would you like to be listed in the directory”

Viewing the directory

Select “Directory” on the menu to the left. Search by first, last, parent or student name.
