How do I sign into the Ticket System?

Welcome to the new King’s Way Ticket and Support site! 

When you get to the new site (ticket.kwcs.org), click “Login” in the upper right Corner. 

Next, click to Login Using Google.

Select your Email. Click Next, 

Your Password should automatically populate. If it doesn’t enter it now. Note: You will not have to sign on each time you visit.  Make sure you are signed in (via Google) using your @kwcs.org email address. 

Welcome to Freshdesk! 

Use the + New Support Ticket to send the IT Team an email of your Technical Problem or Request. Use the Chat feature in the bottom right corner to chat with us directly for a more urgent issue!

Scroll down to view a Knowledge library of applicable articles to help you and your families with commonly asked and requested items. 

If you are signed into your @kwcs.org email address you can also email the IT Department at support@kwcs.org

to create a ticket as well.
