As of January 20, 2022 we have migrated to the UniFi ID (UID) system to manage door access. Assuming you have already installed the apps on your smartphone and successfully logged in, here is how you can lookup what your PIN is.
NOTE: Please do not write you PIN down on anything that has your name on it or can be identified as being yours.
Open the UI app on your device and log in to your account. You should see a screen similar to this.
Tap on your picture (or where your picture would be) next to your name and it will take you to this screen.
Finally, tap on the Manage option which will take you to this screen, at the bottom of which is the "Job Title" field where we have put your PIN. (It was the easiest place to put it where you could get to it.)
