When a student forgets their Google password and IT needs to reset it to its default, here is how you determine your student's default password. As a parent you will need to be able to log in to your Alma account. If you have not activated it yet, here is a link to the steps.
- Log in to your parent Alma account.
- Click on the green icon in the upper right of the screen (lower right of your mobile device) and select "My Info"
- On the following screen locate the School ID.
- You student's default password is a combination of their capitalized first letter of their first name, lower case first letter of their last name, their School ID, and the ! symbol.
Using Arran Potatohead as an example, it would be Ap1000842!
