Change Your Email & Network Password (VC)

This article will: show you how to enroll your account by selecting a verification method, how to change your password, and give an explanation of single sign-on.

Enroll in a Verification Method

  1. Open Google Chrome 

  2. Follow this link

  3. In the ‘‘User Name’’ enter your email address (firstnamelastname@kwcs.org)

  4. Enter the password provided in you Employee Login Information document

  5. Click “Login

  6. Click on the “Enrollment” tab                


Enroll in "Security Questions" or "Google Authenticator"

You only need to enroll once and with one form of verification.


Security Questions

  1. Select two security questions and type in the answer (if you uncheck the ‘hide’ box you will only need to enter your answer once)
  2. After completing the security questions click “Update"                    

Google Authenticator

  1. Follow the steps
  2. After entering the generated code click "Verify Code" 


Change your Password

  1. Click on the “Change Password” tab 
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter a new password (as you are entering a new password you will see green checks appear as you meet the password security requirements)
  4. Confirm your new password by selecting “Change Password” 
  5. If everything was entered correctly you will get a series of green boxes indicating that you have successfully changed your password.


Congratulations! You have Enrolled in a Verification Method & Changed your Email/Network Password.


Note: The majority of programs that we use here on campus have a single sign-on. What does that mean for you? You only need to remember one username and password to access our main programs. Once all of the above steps are complete you will be able to change your password as is required to be done periodically per our security policies or recover a lost/forgotten password. The IT Department is unable to look up your current password. Resetting it is the only option.
